Following the decision announced on 22nd February, we are all very much looking forward to having the children back with us in school from Monday 8th March. It may take a little while for them to settle back into the routines of school, but it is our ambition to make this transition as smooth as possible and get back to delivering a highly engaging curriculum for all pupils.
As always, the welfare, health and safety of all pupils and staff guides our way of operating. Due to a highly successful reopening in the autumn term, we feel confident in the way we will continue to operate and the protective measures we have in place will minimise risk as far as is practically possible to operate as a full school.
Please take a moment to read the parent letter which has been emailed out today and includes more details about a return to in school learning. Please note that school will be closed to all pupils on Friday 6th March in order for us to clean and prepare for everyone to return.
There are a couple of events to look forward to in the coming weeks. The first of which is World Book Day on Thursday 4th March. Further details are included via the links within this newsletter. We are also preparing for Red Nose Day on the 19th and are very much looking forward to seeing the children’s Super Hero creations.
