BBC Micro:bit Stand – Brackley Library
Harvey Sharman has arranged for a stand of Micro:bit related books and other literature to be housed at Brackley Library.
There is now an opportunity to borrow and take home a BBC micro:bit kit with a battery pack, lead and instructions too. There is a small stand with micro:bits, literature and magazines for reading in the library including Scratch 3 coding with micro:bits including school educational computing magazines. This is aimed for ages 6 to 18 to further their creative computing science and curriculum learning which also can be used for ICT homework or coursework topics. Please speak to Mr Sharman for further help and info.

Have you signed up to follow us @brackenleas1? Every week we use social media to keep parents and carers informed about what is happening at our school. Our Twitter feed is the simplest way for you to receive up to the minute information, photos, links and notifications. It is also FREE to use. Twitter is our preferred method of communication for this reason. The alternative is text messages to parents which incurs considerable cost to the school each year. Please Click here to follow a few simple steps and sign up to follow us on Twitter. Make us a favourite and receive instant notifications every time we Tweet. In this way you can help us minimise the cost of expensive text options.
