Coin War Update!

Next Thursday we will be counting all of the coins collected so far in our coin war. A huge thanks to everyone for their donations, please continue to send in your loose change over the coming weeks. All donations will go towards the purchase of books for our school library.

Do you have good quality fiction books at home that you could donate to our classrooms? Please drop them in to the school office.

Warrior Challenge – Friday 24th May

The Warrior Challenge will be taking place all day in school next Friday. The children will be running, jumping, balancing and crawling over and under obstacles on the school playing field. They will have fun and they will get wet!

We are hoping to raise ยฃ5000 to renew old/broken equipment in the adventure playground. Any amount of sponsorship you can send in will be brilliant. We will be accepting sponsorship money from next Friday.

Don’t forget to send in the following items for your child to wear when completing the challenge;

  • A change of clothes suitable for completing a wet and muddy Warrior Challenge
  • Trainers, socks underwearย ย 
  • Snack and drink for afterwards
  • Towel


Please come along and support your child and their class mates. Here are the timings;

  • Year 6 – 9.00-9.30
  • Early Years – 9.30-10.00
  • Year 5 – 10.00-10.30
  • Year 1 – 10.45-11.15
  • Year 2 – 11.15-11.45
  • Year 4 – 1.15-1.45

Tri-golf Year 3

A huge well done to our Year 3 ‘Tri-golfers’ who took part in a cluster competition at Sponne yesterday, They behaved impeccably and came a commendable 5th out of 10 schools.

Dolce – Hot School Meals

At this busy time for sporting events and school trips please ensure that hot school meals are cancelled in good time. In EYFS and Key Stage 1 we are charged for any meals that are not cancelled. This also applies if your child is sick or attending an appointment in school.

Brackley Athletic Girls Open Training Session

Brackley Athletic have an open training session on Wednesday 22nd May for girls aged 8-12. If you would like further details and to book a place please contact info@brackleyathletic.co.uk

Clubs and Music Information

The In-house Clubs programme for this term will continue until Friday 12th July.

Music Tuition is scheduled as follows;

  • Thursday Keyboard/Piano
