Next week is Childrens Mental Health Week and this year the focus is on the importance of looking after our emotional well being from an early age. This year the theme is ‘Find Your brave’. Our teachers are busy planning their Health and Wellbeing Lessons for next week to focus on this theme.

Bravery can be about sharing your worries, asking for help or pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. Finding your brave can help build self confidence, self esteem and make you feel good about yourself.

We’re proud to be supporting @Place2Be’s #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek (3-9 February). Join us and help to
shine a light on the importance of children and young people’s #mentalhealth. @Place2Be is asking everyone to think about what makes them feel brave. You can share your own stories using #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek and help to inspire and empower children and young people across the UK.
