Covid Test Results Reminder:
Parents are politely reminded that you need to advise us of anyone in your household who is having a test. We need to know the results of the test whether it is positive of negative. Please call the school office on 01280 707050 to let us know.
Periods of self-isolation:
Below, information from the County Council regarding the self-isolation process:
Important information for schools to pass to pupils/students/parents as a result of recent outbreak control team (OCT) meetings in education settings.
- Only get a test if you have symptoms.
- If you are self-isolating as a contact of a positive case, and you get a test and the result is negative you will still need to complete your period of self-isolation. If you test positive you will have to self-isolate for 10 days after the test date or onset of symptoms.
- All household members need to self-isolate for 14 days if someone in that household tests positive.
- When self-isolating following an exposure to COVID you should avoid contact with other members of your household.
