Mental Health Wellbeing Week and Adult Mental Health Week are from 13th-19th May.

Wellbeing Week

During this week, the children will be focusing on the five ways we can promote good mental health in school and will be undertaking a different activity each afternoon centered on the following areas;

  1. Connect
  2. Be Mindful
  3. Get Active
  4. Give to Others
  5. Keep Learning

Adult Mental Health Week

Alongside our work with the children, we will be holding a Parents Breakfast Club – ‘Drop off and Drop in’ Tea and Talk session on Friday 17th May 8.45-10.00 in the Rockpool with all donations going to The Mental Health. Please come along if you can.

Body Image

The theme for Adult Mental Health Awareness Week is Body Image, focusing on how we think and feel about our bodies. For more information on this campaign please click on the link.Β
